The continued research and development, alongside project manufacturer of weighing and metering equipment, has diversified over the decades. Rospen’s engineers are masters in their field, all degree qualified, and have comprehensive knowledge and experience to provide a solution our clients’ requirements. Design &
Development
Process
Each project goes through an initial design process, where one of our highly qualified engineers will undertake a deep dive into our customer’s process, knowing the time scale the solution is required by and the available budget.
Once the brief and costs have been confirmed this is then passed to our manufacturing department where the project will start to take place. Our dedicated project managers will ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and exceeding customer expectations.
Overall, 80% of projects are delivered on time and on budget exceeding customer expectations.

Our History
Rospen was founded in Gloucestershire in 1980 to become the market leader in the manufacture, supply, and installation of very high-quality powder and liquids weighing and metering equipment to the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Since then the business is the market-leading provider, intending to advance our position through excellent customer care, quality products, and service whilst maintaining and ensuring all our customers receive a cost-effective, and positive buying process.
Our commitment to innovation, developing the most technologically advanced products, to help our customers improve their performance and reduce costs is fundamental. This continued focus on innovation, in partnership with our customers, has fueled our growth alongside our employees’ engineering skillsets serving us in achieving our overall goals of expansion, customer satisfaction, ongoing success, and product development. We continue to supply and service a variety of sectors including food, pharmaceutical, plastics, chemical, minerals & water to world-leading companies.
In 2006 Rospen launched a range of “Big Bag” dischargers with industry-leading containment features and installed test plant facilities to demonstrate these products.
